Senior Project Manager will support all physical plant construction, renovation, restoration, and major repair programs at any facility within the national health system. This position is knowledgeable in building systems and construction methods specifically in a health care environment.
This position develops concepts and plans for facility growth or change in service as well as capital upkeep and replacement. The key role of this position is advisor to each individual facility managing director to assist in growth planning and implementation, as it relates to buildings and facility campus. This position has responsibility to oversee other Assistant PM and Regional PM as assigned to provide guidance on project decisions and regulatory interface. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Under the direction of the Outpatient Services Crisis Intervention Coordinator, the CIS a member of the interdisciplinary team who assists in total consumer care through implementation of appropriate therapeutic approaches within the therapeutic environment.
The CIS/Driver assists with crisis intervention, group therapy, treatment planning, and discharge planning. The CIS will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and will work with patients of any age population and demonstrate an understanding of normal growth and development. The CIS/Driver will understand and implement verbal de-escalation and collaborative problem solving techniques. The CIS/Driver will also drive or be the support driver on the PHP van during both morning and afternoon transports supporting the successful transition of clients to and from the van and program.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Knowledge of educational, child development and classroom teaching/management theories with a good understanding of educational and therapeutic interventions is preferred. Qualification as a certified CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trainer is preferred.: For the driver role, the candidate must qualify to drive the van and complete all necessary van driver training.
