Effectively communicates human resource policies as appropriate.
Provides advice and interpretation regarding human resource policies as they relate to individuals and to the bank's objectives.
Counsels managers on supervisory concerns including corrective actions and performance appraisals. Effectively writes follow up emails and reports relating to employee relations matters.
Conducts Employee Relations investigations for concerns brought forward to Human Resources.
Assists in developing and implementing human resource operations plans, policies, procedures, and goals.
Recommends improvements to the HR Function as appropriate.
Assumes responsibility for the bank's Affirmative Action Program.
Compile and report employee and applicant data to AAP consulting firm for annual AAP creation.
Develop and implement action oriented programs to accomplish stated goals and objectives of the AAP.
Develop and implement annual AAP training for employees involved in the recruitment, screening, promotion, disciplinary and related process to insure compliance with federal regulations and AAP requirements.
Identify any problem areas in implementing the AAP and develop solutions to those problems.
Design and implement an internal audit and reporting system that measures the effectiveness of the Bank's AAP program.
Coordinate active involvement in community service programs for minorities, women, veterans and persons with disabilities in all areas.
Serve as a liaison between the Bank and organizations for minorities, women, veterans and persons with disabilities.
Periodically review the qualifications of applicants and employees in a nondiscriminatory manner with regard to hire, promotion, transfer and termination.
Periodically review hiring and promotion patterns to insure no barriers exist for minorities, women, veterans or person with disabilities.
Report quarterly analysis results to management along with a plan of action if barriers are identified.
Document all outreach communication and activity.
Periodically review reasonable accommodation process and document all requests for accommodation.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
Assists and support personnel as needed.
Ensures that management is appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems in a timely manner or as they occur.

Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
Ensure that HP in-store displays are clean, functional, and demo-ready
Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific tactics including price moves, new products and merchandising materials
Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
Maintain working knowledge of all products, as well as the location and and the best methods to point retail sales associates for questions beyond your knowledge
Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned
Retail sales experience, tech industry is a plus
Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Outgoing and friendly working demeanor with store associates, customers and co-workers
Confident and comfortable business casual dresser
Ability to communicate effectively in 1:1 and small group settings in a busy retail environment
Capable self-starter that is also a team player
Smartphone ownership and proficiency for the purposes of time card, visit reporting and in-aisle training delivery ($50/mo reimbursement provided)
Ability to work part-time, Saturday and Sunday
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation capable of holding the items above from your home to assigned store location(s) (mileage reimbursement provided)
Ability to lift, carry and setup a portable demonstration table and potential customer giveaway items to-and-from your vehicle and assigned store location(s)
Ability to lift and carry PC and Printer boxes to assist customers and set small displays as needed
