This position will,
Effectively design, build and maintain the State Health Plan's website, which includes content management and analyzing web trend data to ensure the website is as user-friendly as possible
Manage the creation and distribution of the Plan's monthly e-communications newsletters via iContact and research ways to improve open rates utilizing iContact features and programs
Serve as the Plan's social media manager for Facebook and research ways to cross promote and drive members to our page and other opportunities to engage members
Assist the Customer Experience Team with event management planning, which includes managing online based accounts for iStock Photo, Eventbrite and Go to Meeting (Webinar) to ensure we remain compliant, while offering members an easy avenue to engage with the Plan
Provide design support for marketing and communication collateral as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
Must have a strong working knowledge of the Drupal (website) platform, SharePoint or other content management systems, web design experience and skills related to email marketing subscriptions such as iContact
Analytical skills to research, track and interpret web trends. Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is a plus
The ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast pace environment
Project management, writing and customer service oriented personality is desired
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Web Graphic Design, Computer Programming, or related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or
Associate's degree in Web Development/Design, Digital Design, Computer Programming, or related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have 3-5 years of similar work experience

The Web Designer is responsible for collaborating with other employees to create high-quality websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, digital catalogs, store displays and other digital collateral. The Web Designer will be specially to support webpage layout and graphic design for ongoing Tobii Dynavox global website expansion efforts. The role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for/work with:
Working directly with copywriters to develop engaging content for webpages ranging from product listings and campaign pages to infographics and icons.

Supporting quality assurance testing of pages during review and helping to report errors found to developers.
Helping monitor Site Improve dashboard to check for errors found with SEO, quality assurance and W3C accessibility standards.
The web designer's job duties cover multiple aspects of creating a website. Duties include, but aren't limited to, the following:
Implementing brand web standards
Designing graphics & multimedia content
Designing webpage layouts
Updating websites and building pages
Identifying and helping fixes quality problems

We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design, web design or computer technology.
At least 5 years' experience in web design and graphic design.
Experience working on Global Sites
Skills needed to be successful in this position:
At least 3 years' experience of e-commerce website design and conversion optimization
Strong graphic design skills for developing web, multimedia, icons and other content.
Proficiency in working with Shopify or similar E-Commerce / CMS system.
Proficiency in developing webpage content that are SEO optimized.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate design reasons clearly to key stakeholders.
Superior networking, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with copywriters and other designers to ensure pages are designed for the best user experience.
