Patient Service Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming patient and referral source calls received at the local branch related to new orders, and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and other general inquiries.
Complete outbound calls to patient and referral sources regarding order receipt confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient Wellness Calls.
Review incoming faxed orders and determine action to be taken.
Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate timely processing of orders.
Partners with Sales team to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on payor and other regulatory requirements.
Greets and supports walk in customers.
May assist with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including assembly of paperwork instructions and other non-licensed activities as defined by policy.
May conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment as directed.
Handle requests for audit and documentation purposes.
Collect payment and billing information as needed.
Order inventory or office supplies.
Performs other duties as required.

Delivery Driver Helper
Two Delivery Driver Helper shifts are available.
- 3:00pm - finish but must be able to stay late- Days off are Tuesday and Saturday
- 3:30am-12pm but must be able to stay late- Days off are Sunday/Wednesday

JOB DESCRIPTION: Driver's Helper. Will be going to Distribution Center to help deliver bread and products to their customers. Need to be able to lift 50lbs. Need to be presentable and friendly as you will be dealing with the public. Need to be reliable and on time. May do some driving as well at times.

Control Panel Builder
Pay Rate: $14.00 Depending on experience
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Responsible for the physical assembly and wiring of UL-508A industrial control panels. Will train a person that has some wiring, shop experience and good work history. Starting wage if an enter level person with no panel building experience is $14.00. The Panel Technician will build panels to print including laying out and physically mounting devices to back panels, wiring per print and testing the panel to ensure that it is built according to plan.
- Cut, strip, crimp and wire 26 AWG – 12 AWG.
- Read, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams
- Apply hand tools to ensure correct torque
- Perform re-work of wiring and assembly at request and guidance of QC technicians

This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. The average wage for this position is $25.70, with the potential an attendance bonus of $750 after four months.
This position requires working 6:00 p.m. until end-of-shift until all product is accurately selected and loaded. Overtime hours and working weekends and holidays are required in order to successfully fill customers' orders. Job requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions, and on selecting environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
Operate assigned SOS unit to create labels; correctly place labels on product.
