B3H Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to augment training activities of the 16th Training Squadron (TRS), Holloman AFB, NM. The 16th TRS is responsible for providing administrative and instructional support to MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper Formal Training Units (FTU). It also manages, equips, and provides academic/simulator training to students participating in Predator/Reaper syllabus course. Personnel are needed to fill the following positions: Site Lead, Simulator Console Operator (SCO), Simulator Tactical Programmer (STP), Flight Training Manager, Standardization and Evaluation Manager, Simulator Duty Director (SDD), Ground Control Station (GCS) Scenario Developer, Tactical Scenario Developer.
The primary duty is to provide supervision and positive control of the workforce, provide administrative support to Predator Mission Aircrew Training System/Simulator (PMATS) programs, and provide support to squadrons’ technical programs.
Primary point of contact empowered to make decisions related to the day-to-day administration of the Site and the contract.
Produce weekly and monthly summary of PMATS utilization reports IAW government needs.
Periodically inspect the Simulator Duty Director to ensure that each mission crew is submitting paperwork in accordance with the PWS
