Telemetry - Tele RN - Travel Nurse
We're looking for Telemetry RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Willingboro, NJ. The right RN should have 1-2 years' recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.
As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will provide care by connecting patients to machines that measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood-oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information. These machines then send data to computer screens for RNs to monitor. Telemetry RNs read and interpret the data to better determine patient care.
As a TELE Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
Provide basic bedside care.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
TELE Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. RNs must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Support services help the residents gain independence and become contributing members of their community.
Supervise, guide and direct consumers within the home
Record significant shift happenings/observations in daily log
Monitor each consumer and attend to consumers' needs throughout the shift
Distribute and document of all medications scheduled during the shift
Provide training/direction, supervision and assistance with daily routine, i.e. hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, laundry and household chores
Understand and participate in developing implementing the individual treatment plan for each consumer
Participate in bi-weekly staff meetings and other meetings directed by the Program Supervisor
Participate in on-going training to learn various behavior management methods and techniques
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred

BASIC PURPOSE AND FUNCTION: Maintains and replenishes stock in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer purchasing needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on fast, friendly, courteous customer service.
Maintains the quality condition of all products; stocks, rotates, and faces product; discards outdated and spoiled products and maintains stockroom. Cleans and dusts shelves.

SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to be friendly, courteous, tactful and to maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers. Must possess good oral and written communication.
Ability to frequently reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 55 lbs., within the range of floor level to overhead. Ability to push and pull fully loaded hand trucks and pallet jacks.
Ability to stand, walk and move rapidly for long periods of time, and bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
Mental alertness is required to ensure safe, accurate completion of work activities and to do repetitious work accurately.

Dialysis Patient Care Technician – Willing to Train, No Experience Needed!
Our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) play a vital role for our patients and their families. As part of our professional team of clinicians, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of the patients in the dialysis center.
If you haven't considered healthcare before, read on! Healthcare experience is not required.
What you can expect:
1:1 Patient Care. Spending the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Our PCTs care for up to 4 patients at a time.
Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end-stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week
Team. Cross-functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. PCTs work under the supervision of an RN.
Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
Schedule. Shifts can begin as early as 4:30 am with shifts typically working 12+ hours, 3 days/week. Clinics are closed on Sundays and may be open on some holidays.

Your 12 weeks of training will include a combination of classroom and hands-on learning, through DaVita's award-winning training programs

NJ Behavior Specialist
The Behavior Specialist (BS) is responsible for developing Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) for individuals supported in our day program. The BS will assess an individual and develop a complete plan, which outlines support strategies to address specific target behaviors as identified in the assessment process. The BS will be responsible for training the Direct Support staff, and the identified Program Director (PD) on all aspects of the Behavioral Support Plan. The BS will also be responsible for providing on-going consultation and assistance to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) for the purpose of updating the plan in response to the changing behavioral needs of the person served.
The Behavior Specialist must have a Masters in social work, psychology or Special ed or ABA, BCaBA , OR be certified in RBT.
