Configure, enhance and operate the enterprise network infrastructure, diagnostic tools, automation, and recovery systems using standard or proprietary scripting and utilities. Responsible for complex analysis, escalation of impacting events to critical systems, and the coordination and resolution of escalated events within the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recommend network design changes or enhancements to improve system availability and performance, including recommendations for performing code upgrades and evaluations of new network system designs.
Provide Tier III level support for network issues that come through the customer support center.
Generate network monitoring and performance reports for Local Area Network/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure, providing trend analysis and capacity planning documents.
Aid in the establishment and implementation of application monitoring tools and processes across the organization.
Conduct training for the onboarding of new application monitoring tools and/or extreme applications for consistent support execution.
Create, update, and audit associated procedural documentation for accuracy and relevance for use by the NOC support team.
Research incidents, conduct reporting to better trend occurrences, and provide preventative measures for long-term application stability.
Contribute to the advancement, improvement, and creation of Incident Management processes for supporting extreme application environments.
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, peers and vendors in support of accomplishing departmental goals.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with proven multitasking and organizational skills.
Aid in the expansion and support of developing department procedural documentation.
Lead high-priority IT events to resolution by coordinating technical support teams, vendors, and business units on conference bridges.
Perform training of less experienced personnel.
Provide 24x7 on-call availability for supported infrastructure.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and related training
Eight years of relevant experience in Information Technology
Experience in supporting application web services with hands on experience with major incident resolution.
Knowledge of multiple technology platforms to include not limited to: web hosting solutions, middleware applications (IE TIBCO, Apache, etc.)
Experience or knowledge with application monitoring tools and suites; IE HP Network Node Manager, CA Monitoring Solution Suites (Application Performance Management-APM, Service Operations Insight-SOI), etc.
Experience with use and navigation of IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, application portfolios, WebEx.
A comprehensive understanding of applied enterprise network technology
Extensive knowledge of data flow, mainframe/client server systems, problem analysis, and systems tuning
Resourcefulness in multi-tasking, anticipating needs, developing creative solutions, and researching/synthesizing information to resolve problems with minimal supervision

May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogs. Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine. Direct crew though all aspects of production. Monitor quality, output and productivity.
General knowledge of the more complex bindery machines (i.e. fully automatic binding machines (perfect binders), multiple station collators and multiple folding units, either individually or combined) to perform the full range of standard and specialized folds of printed materials. Thorough knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product.
Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements which indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided; independently makes decisions on the type of equipment to be used. Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock. Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials.
Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines. Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy and operating conditions of the bindery machines.

Description of Work
This position coordinates the Minimum Data Set (MDS) system according to Certified Medicaid Services (CMS) certification and licensure standards for all residents. Coordinates and serves as a Team Leader for the Treatment Team on the assigned unit. Serves as a teaching role as needed to maintain skills for clinical disciplines on MDS and care planning.

Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC) is a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility nursing home that provides a continuum of care to both adults with severe and persistent mental illness that also have long-term medical conditions requiring residential, medical and nursing care, and to adults with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other related dementia. LNMTC facilitates high quality skilled and intermediate nursing care throughout four Nursing Unit Floors and an Alzheimer's Unit that operates 24 hours seven days a week, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
Ability to assess and make nursing diagnosis based on scientific principles.
Knowledge of principles and practices of professional nursing.
Ability to communicate and relate to residents with communication deficits in a therapeutic manner Knowledge of Pharmacology.
Possess leadership ability.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
