POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an Operating Company (OpCo) sales executive leadership position reporting to the OpCo President that foucses on leading the Contract Sales Organization which includes Coporate Multi-unit, Local Contract, and Other (CMU, LCC and OTH). This role is responsible for meeting the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and growing sales within the local market. The oversight and strategy set forth by this role will be critical and aligns to the Corporate strategic plan.
This role will represent the Contract Sales team on the executive staff, while being the main point of contact in the event of issue escalation for customers. The associate should have the ability to work through high impact and constantly changing environment, while managing accelerated deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of associates to service and develop Contract Sales customers within the territory:
Own and execute budget (P&L)
Oversee the allocation of resources to customer accounts in the territory
Oversee account management and service level in OpCo territory
Escalation point of contact for customer issues
Responsible for CMU, LCC & OTH sales growth
Lead group of Contract Sales Managers, Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Contract Marketing Associate; Contract & Bids; Customer Support
Execute performance management policies
Manage customers to MDA compliance
Work with executive team to accomplish cross functional goals
Create and execute plans to develop talent within the organization
Support and communicate company goals to assure Sales Plan and Profitability:
Develop annual target list of Contract Sales prospects

Train the Account Coordinators, Account Executives, and the Contract Sales Managers on the Prospect to Customer process

Education and / or Experience:
7+ years of exempt-level Sysco experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience

POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide safe, reliable and cost efficient vehicles by performing quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs as well as performing expert diagnosis and repair as required to prevent breakdowns on road, reduce vehicle down time and improve total fleet reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment with in planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet.
Perform FAI/CVI (Annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light duty vehicles and any other company owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state required inspections and frequencies).
Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any other company owned equipment.
Perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any company owned equipment.
Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely, and efficiently.
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
Follow procedures including documenting all work performed on work orders.
Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs
Proficient in electrical meter testing
Knowledge of controls and electric (DC low voltage)
Electric motor knowledge (DC)
Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed.
Education and / or Experience:
Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training 2 year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
High school diploma or GED required
Current and valid driver's license.
Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires working 6:00 p.m. until end-of-shift until all product is accurately selected and loaded.
Overtime hours and working weekends and holidays are required in order to successfully fill customers' orders. Job requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions, and on selecting environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
Operate assigned SOS unit to create labels; correctly place labels on product.
Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.).
Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
Follows SyscoSafe preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
Follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by the Company and by AIB (American Institute of Baking).
Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment.
Frequently lift product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72 inches; constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas.
Shrink-wrap product on loading dock.
Attend all required company meetings.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
18+ years of age
Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screening, Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
3 months' warehouse experience
3 months' experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
Previous experience at Sysco or in foodservice industry
Professional Skills:
Able to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard.
Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.

The Sorter is responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials so that outbound commodities are acceptable for sale to various brokers or mills.

Previous experience working in a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) sorting recyclable materials.
One year of previous experience working around heavy machinery.
Principal Responsibilities
Sort and segregate recoverable materials (e.g., aluminum, plastic, glass, paper, etc.) from incoming waste.
Deposit recoverable materials safely and efficiently into appropriate chute.
Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items.
Follow all Company safety policies and procedures, including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an executive Finance position responsible for directing and coordinating activities of department, region, administrative division, or specific function of financial institution by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Interaction with other departments within the organization and coordinating projects and action plans is paramount in performing the duties of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify through consultation with the President and senior management team the key actions necessary to achieve the financial plan
Partner with the senior management team and other team members in all departments to drive execution of key action items to achieve plan results. Analyze results of operations and review and explain key drivers of significant variances to plan and forecasted results. Provide analysis in key areas
Develop the annual profit plan in conjunction with the senior management team. Develop accurate 18 month financial forecasts each month
Manage the Financial Manager, Credit team, Inventory Control team, accountants and any other direct reports to achieve plan goals in these areas. Set goals, manage and train staff to achieve goals and develop staff for advancement
Consult and work directly with the Sysco Business Services team to achieve financial goals
Perform a variety of other duties across a wide spectrum to evaluate the financial impact of plans and processes to achieve goals, assist other departments in their goals and processes, measure customer profitability, perform numerous daily functions, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and / or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or an acceptable combination of education and relevant Sysco experience
A minimum of six years in a CFO or Director of Finance position preferred
Foodservice experience preferred
Professional Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Data base programming experience preferred
A strong work ethic and a team player attitude

Brookdale is looking for a Care Navigation Coordinator to join our team! This role will be a remote based position with occasional travel. Ideal candidate will be an Hospice experienced clinician with extensive hospice benefit and eligibility knowledge
The Care Navigation Coordinator coordinates care between the home health and hospice service lines by assessingidentified potential hospice patients and other clinical data to determine hospice eligibility andappropriateness. The Care Navigation Coordinator evaluates identified potential hospice patients as wellas other client data in the medical record and navigates the patient, family, physician, and home health team throughthe hospice education, evaluation, and decision making process. If hospice care is appropriate and agreed upon by thecare team, the Care Navigation Coordinator coordinates the patient's transition to the hospice service line.
Maintains primary responsibility for managing the software application and associated processes
Establishes program goals with leadership/executive team sponsor
Promotes successful organizational integration of the Medalogix Bridge program
Participates in home health case conferences or other meetings to facilitate the discussion of software-identifiedpotential hospice clients
Initiates conversations with patients, family, physicians, and the home health team regarding the potential need forhospice care
Coordinates joint patient visits with home health case managers and hospice staff to further discuss the hospicebenefit and potential eligibility
Provides and/or coordinates hospice education to patients, families, physicians, and home health staff
Maintains excellent communication and relationships with home health and hospice branch leadership

Utilizes software dashboards and reports to monitor program progress
Serves as primary agency contact with the software support team
