Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance, i.e. Affirmative Action, EEO, Department of Labor.
Administer salary administration program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill open positions at all levels.
Identify and coordinate job fair participation.
Manage Job Description maintenance program.
Manage the performance review process.
Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, affirmative action, and sexual harassment.
Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage Unemployment program.
Review & develop policies and procedures as required.
Assist with projects and implementation of new programs.
